Contribution Limits related to Gwinnett Values Committee
As a registered Independent Committee in the State of Georgia, donations to Gwinnett Values by individuals or companies are unlimited. Gwinnett Values can donate directly to candidates, but the donations are subject to the same limits as any candidate donations. Because Gwinnett Values is an independent committee we can spend unlimited money in support or opposition to a candidate or ballot measure as long as there is no coordination with the candidates.
Donations to Gwinnett Values over $100 must be reported with the donor’s name, address, and employer. Gwinnett Values is required to file the same campaign disclosure reports as a candidate for office.
If you have a candidate or issue you would like to support but have maxed out your contributions, please contact us!
